  • For pallets, we can produce a variety of sizes ranging from the standard 48x40 GMA to large specialty sizes for any specific need.
  • If you ship products outside of the U.S., we are IPPC-certified and can have your pallets or crates heat treated if required.
  • We also offer recycled pallets ranging from Grade A to B.
  • We manufacture boxes and crates of any size specific to the customer's needs.
  • We offer loose lumber of any size, cut and banded, with the ability to have them heat treated if necessary.

Industrial Services

J.F. Rohrbaugh Co. and West Side Wood Products can handle all your wood packaging needs from initial design through finished product.
  • Besides standard sizes, we can create any custom-sized pallet using the PDS (Pallet Design System). This ensures your pallet is designed specifically for your needs, reducing costs and product damage.
  • While no two boxes or crates are the same, with our SolidWorks program, we can design and build specifically to the size and shape of the product being packaged.
  • As a courtesy to our customers, we also offer pallet disposal to help your team get rid of any unwanted wood packaging.
  • We recycle all scrap material, from the wood down to the nails and cardboard.
  • Our sawdust is used for animal bedding at local farms, and our scrap wood is ground down and turned into mulch for local suppliers.
  • Sitting on a 90-acre property, our new state-of-the-art facility consists of a 125,000-square-foot main building, three outbuildings, and railroad access. This allows us to offer stock programs to store additional products at our facility to free up space at the customer's location.
  • We offer Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) to keep track of our products at your facility.

Construction Products

JFR Construction provides prefabricated wood wall panels for single-family, multifamily, and commercial projects.
  • We operate in a 90-acre, state-of-the-art facility, which comprises a 125,000-square-foot main building, three outbuildings, and railroad access.
  • Our wall panel process allows for collaboration between our in-house designers and the general contractors/owners prior to the construction process starting.
  • This collaboration provides insight into design flaws, potential in-field coordination issues, and changes that need to be made.
  • These components are critical to saving the project both time and money once the construction process starts.
  • With our facility being climate-controlled, we can continue building wall panels even in inclement weather, ensuring the panels are built, delivered, and ready for the project installation schedule.

Construction Services

JFR Construction provides turnkey wood framing services.
  • We utilize our in-house prefabricated wood wall panels, third-party floor/roof trusses, subcontracted labor, and necessary field material to provide a turnkey product for our clients.
  • Each project will have a designer, project manager, safety manager, and field foreman(s) assigned to it.
  • With our teams having upwards of 20+ years of experience in the industry, our clients can trust in the work we do and expect a high-quality product when completed.
  • The turnkey process allows us to coordinate with the necessary parties to ensure the building design is completed and fully coordinated.
